About Lifestyle Property Hub

A directory of the Sydney property professionals you actually need around a transaction — and a set of NSW guides explaining what each of them does.

Lifestyle Property Hub lists 9 categories of professional: conveyancers, buyers agents, mortgage brokers, financial planners, sales agents, tax depreciation specialists, building inspectors, architects and pest inspectors. It is not a property portal. There are no houses for sale here, no rentals, and no property management — those are different jobs, done well by other people.

Who operates this site

Lifestyle Property Hub is operated by Lifestyle Property Agency, a Sydney real estate agency. The two are related but separate: the agency sells and leases property, while the Hub is a directory and publisher. They are different businesses with different jobs.

That distinction matters when you read a listing here. A directory operated by an agency has an obvious conflict, so it is worth being plain about how it is handled: the agency does not receive preferential placement, and nothing on this site is a referral arrangement. Ordering is mechanical — featured listings first, then alphabetically by business name. What a listing costs, and what follows if that ever changes, is set out on the verification page. Any position that has been paid for will be labelled where you see it, not disclosed only here.

What “verified” means

Every applicant supplies the NSW licence or certificate number they trade under. We check it against the NSW public register and publish the number on their profile so you can check it yourself rather than take our word for it. A listing cannot be marked verified without one — the database refuses the combination.

It is a narrower claim than it sounds, and worth reading in full. Verification confirms a business is licensed to do what it says it does. It is not a recommendation, a quality ranking, or a guarantee of outcome. The verification page sets out exactly what is checked, what disqualifies a listing, and what the badge does not mean.

The guides

Alongside the directory there are guides to the parts of a NSW property transaction that cost people money when they are misunderstood: stamp duty, conveyancing fees, the cooling-off period, settlement, land tax, depreciation. Each is written in-house and sourced to primary authorities — NSW legislation, Revenue NSW, the ATO, NSW Fair Trading and ASIC — with those sources listed at the foot of the page so you can follow them.

They are not lead magnets. If a guide tells you that you probably do not need to pay someone for something, that is the useful answer and we would rather print it.

Where this is up to

The directory is being built. Founding listings are being verified now, so some categories and suburbs are still empty — where that is the case the page says so rather than padding the result with businesses nobody has checked. The guides are live and complete.

For professionals

If you are a licensed Sydney property professional, listing is free during the founding period and no business has paid for its position. Apply for a listing — you will need your NSW licence number — or get in touch first if you would rather ask a question.
