1. What this site is

Lifestyle Property Hub is a curated online directory of property professionals serving Sydney — conveyancers, buyers agents, mortgage brokers, financial planners, sales agents, and tax depreciation specialists. We help people find a verified specialist; we do not ourselves provide legal, financial, conveyancing, real estate, or tax advice.

2. No professional relationship

Using the site does not create a professional or contractual relationship between you and us. Any engagement of a listed professional is solely between you and that professional. We do not guarantee outcomes, advice quality, or the suitability of any listed professional for your specific circumstances.

Always confirm a professional's current NSW licence (or equivalent Commonwealth registration) and fee structure in writing before engaging them.

3. Listings + verification

We manually verify every listing — licence checks, contact-detail confirmation, review moderation. We do not, however, audit the day-to-day work of listed professionals or monitor their ongoing compliance. A listing is not an endorsement; it is a confirmation that the professional was, at the time of listing, licensed and contactable.

We may remove or suspend a listing without notice if we receive credible information that the professional's licence has been suspended or cancelled, or that the professional has acted in breach of their statutory obligations.

4. Enquiries + leads

When you send an enquiry through the site, your details (name, email, optional phone, message) are passed directly to the matched professional. We do not sell your details or share them with parties other than the professional you have enquired with. We retain enquiry records so we can respond to follow-up questions and improve the matching service.

5. Reviews

Reviews you submit are moderated before publication. We will publish a review provided it is your honest opinion based on a genuine experience and does not breach Australian Consumer Law, the Defamation Act 2005 (NSW), or any other applicable law. We will not publish anonymous reviews — your name appears with your review.

We may decline to publish, edit, or remove a review at our discretion, particularly if it appears to be from a competitor, a former employee, or someone who has not personally engaged the professional.

6. Listed professionals

If you are a listed professional, you warrant that you hold all required current licences, registrations, and Professional Indemnity insurance for the services you offer; that the information you provide is accurate; and that you will respond to enquiries within a reasonable time. Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal of your listing.

7. Intellectual property

Content on the site — articles, guides, page copy, page design, and the Lifestyle Property Hub name and logo — is owned by Lifestyle Property Agency or its licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or scrape substantial portions of the site without our written permission.

8. External links

The site links to third-party websites (provider websites, regulator registers, government sites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those sites.

9. Disclaimer + liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the information on the site.
