When you submit an enquiry through the site we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the message you send, the page you submitted from, and metadata such as your IP address and browser user agent. When a property professional applies to be listed we collect business name, contact name, email, phone, website, services, suburbs covered, and any supporting credentials they choose to provide.

2. How we use it

Enquiry data is forwarded to the verified property professional you selected and stored in our records so we can respond to follow-up questions. We do not sell your personal information. We may use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to improve the site (page popularity, conversion rates).

3. Sharing

Your enquiry is shared with the property professional you have selected on the relevant page. We may share information with third-party service providers (hosting, email delivery, payments) strictly to operate the site. We do not share personal information for marketing purposes without your consent.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only as required for the site to function (session, security) and for privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

5. Access and corrections

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@lifestylepropertyhub.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Complaints

If you believe we've handled your personal information in breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first. If unresolved, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
